Bio
Talya Klein is a certified intimacy professional with over twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry. Born and raised in New York City, Talya grew up with an appreciation for art and storytelling, and the ways that our identities impact our relationships and the world around us. After graduating with a specialized BA in “Theater and Social Struggle” from Duke University, Talya went on to earn an MFA from Brown University/Trinity Rep’s MFA in Acting and Directing Program. In addition to her training and full certification from IDC as an Intimacy Coordinator, Talya is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, and Respectful Confrontation through The Weston Network.
Now based in Los Angeles, Talya specializes in working on film and TV sets with a warm, collaborative approach that centers consent, safety, and storytelling. She prides herself on tailoring her approach to best serve the needs of each production, and to support the creative vision of her collaborators.
Recent credits include the feature films,The Surrender (AMC/Shudder) and Lavender Men (VOD, theatrical) and the short films XY and Front Range. She has also worked on dozens of vertical series.
